Who we are
Twenty years ago, we arrived in New Zealand. Its quiet beauty stayed with us: the soft wind, the closeness of the sea, and the sound of waves meeting the rocks.
Here, we have grown and watched life unfold—from childhood into parenthood, from being cared for to learning how to care for others. We do not always recognise the weight of memory in the moment. It is often only when a child takes their first steps, when parents grow older and quieter, or when an important chapter passes too quickly, that we understand: time does not pause, but memories deserve to be held with care. The moments we do not make space for can later become the ones we wish we had kept closer.
New Zealand has taught us how to live alongside time. Life here is unhurried; the seasons are distinct, and the sunsets linger. We have learned to pause in the wind, to listen in conversation, and to understand the meaning of a moment before it arrives. This patience has become the way we work, and the foundation of IFUSION.
Founded in Auckland, IFUSION is led by a wedding professional with more than a decade of industry experience. We bring together the perspectives of planner and creative director, guiding every stage from wedding concept development and venue selection to visual design and on-the-day delivery. Our core team includes nine experienced members, each with more than eight years of wedding execution experience. Working closely together, we deliver thoughtful, high-quality wedding planning and coordination in even the most complex and high-pressure environments.
What we do
IFUSION is a professional New Zealand wedding planning team with over a decade of experience. We do more than plan weddings and events—we accompany people through meaningful milestones of love, family, and celebration, allowing every story to be seen, understood, and remembered in a way that feels authentic and personal.
Over the past decade, we have supported thousands of couples across intimate elopements, Auckland local weddings, New Zealand destination weddings, destination pre-wedding photography, proposal planning, and more. From the first conversation, we guide every stage with clarity, efficiency, and close attention to detail.
From venue and style recommendations, colour direction, and floral design to photography, videography, celebrants or ministers, wedding attire, and hair and makeup, we turn complex decisions into a clear planning process—helping couples confidently define and bring their ideal wedding or pre-wedding vision to life.
We are also experienced in complex and highly customised wedding planning. Whether the timeline is tight, the venue presents limitations, or the creative vision is ambitious, our established planning and execution process transforms ideas into seamless, achievable celebrations.
One example was an orange-toned ocean-view estate wedding, where we transformed the entire lawn into a ceremony setting, with large-scale florals and a styled welcome area. To ensure guests arrived to a complete and immersive experience, our core team worked overnight to complete the installation before the wedding day. As guests paused to explore, photograph, and enjoy the space, their response—alongside the couple’s happiness—became one of the most meaningful recognitions of our work.

We also coordinate and confirm the availability of your key wedding professionals, including photographers, videographers, makeup artists, and celebrants, ensuring every element comes together seamlessly for your wedding day.
Through detailed wedding planning and ongoing communication, we confirm and refine every element before your wedding day, including the wedding timeline, venue setup, floral styling and décor, team coordination, guest flow, and key timings. On the day, the IFUSION team provides full wedding-day coordination—from on-site setup and supplier arrivals to ceremony flow, schedule management, and last-minute detail coordination—ensuring every element comes together seamlessly so you can relax and fully enjoy your New Zealand wedding.
Our service continues beyond the celebration. We guide you through wedding photo selection and coordinate with your photographer and videography team on post-production, including photo retouching, wedding film editing, and final delivery. From your wedding photography and wedding video to every meaningful moment in between, we handle each stage with thoughtful communication and care, helping you preserve the memories of your one-of-a-kind New Zealand wedding.
